Find Structures In Biomes Command

When looking for structures you cant currently look for them in specific biomes. I would suggest expanding the current command locate to be able to search for things like a pillager outpost, but specificaly in a medow biome for exemple. This would greatly ease the search for specific structures in specific biomes.
