Survival Strats Bedrock and Java Parity

On Bedrock Edition, when I need a bed. I must kill three sheep. It doesn't matter if each of them are different colors. As long as I have dyes, I will be fine. Let me explain a little more: There is a grey sheep, a brown sheep, and a white sheep. After I kill them, I get the wool variants. Each is different color so I can't craft a bed. But I had collected 3 poppies which I make into 3 red dyes. I then dye all the three wool variants and make a red bed and sleep, just as the sun starts to set. But on Java... I can only dye white wool, making the strategy harder on Java. So please make it so any wool variant can also be dyed. Another good survival strat is doors. Doors aren't waterlogged on Java so people use them to breath. Can you un-waterlog them on Bedrock please? It's fine if you don't do both but at least do one.
