[Java] Player Tab Overlay: Allow Hover and Click event

The idea is is quite simple:

Similar to the chat, the player tab list should allow hover and click events of the chat components in the tab list header and footer.

Additionally it'd be great to allow this for each individual player in the tab list as well (this includes team prefix, player tab display name and teams suffix)

This would allow servers to display more additional information in the tab list if a player wants to see it and make their twitter link in the footer clickable for example.
