Mob can Attack Players using sound

Adding Mob can Attack players using sound... it sound like hissing...and may affect your screen like fire...the radius of attack area is 4 blocks... to counter this mob.. player must enchant a helmet with new enchantment(idk)..plsss add this mob for epic experience...sorry about my english🗿
