Narrator refinement

After a clean install of Minecraft (Java), I noticed the narrator. As someone who generally plays MP and chats can be very busy, I was surprised at how basic the utility is. Also, the speed and sounding like it came out of the 90s is off putting.

Suggestions:

1. Refine the voice. Possibly the ability to choose between a few voices.

2. Username trigger. So, if my name is mentioned in chat, the narrator narrates the message (This just made me think of how useful notifications would be. Name mentions = ding)

3. User defined triggers. Narrator triggered by user defined terms or triggers.
