Skeleton Villager

The Skeleton villager could not be made by a Skeleton killing it, but instead would be found 40-70 blocks away from a village, instead of using a bow, the Skeleton villager would use a sharp bone, it would be as good as a wood sword and if it gets near one of the profession blocks, it would change its weapon depending on what that profession was.

I believe that there should be no weapons. They immediately rise from one of the professions. Farmers - plow the land, helping to rise other undead; weaponisters, fletchers and armorers supply the undead with equipment; Cleric - imposes effects with potions; And so on.
They are still pacifists.
