New Command /nearblock {block name} {Is it command block (true/false)}

This command locates the nearest block with that name. It can be used, for example, when we need to find a command block with a given command entered. A full command is:

/nearblock {block name} {Is it command block (true/false)} {command block command} {command block type} {needs redstone? true/false} {condition}

  The main idea is not bad, but the syntax you suggest really is. Just make it /nearblock ID[STATE=VALUE]{NBT} RANGE

  No need to make it specific to command blocks.
