Minecraft World settings (Spawn In ___) option

So I think a good addition for the game would be a new setting when you make a word called Spawn In _______. And the option you pick is where you spawn, want to spawn underground, in the nether, in the End, or even on an island. This feature takes the seed you put in and finds that certain area and spawns you in that place, this could even work for biomes if you want to spawn in a Mesa. This could allow many challenges be allowed in Vanilla when you first start in your world like the Nether one.

This post is different because it is not just spawn in the nether so dont say to make this a comment Mr. Mike S.
