Add animations and sounds for wind

There should be wind animations and sounds in Minecraft that appears occasionally and it could also make the player move a little bit in the wind direction. The wind could also make stuff like grass, flowers and leaves move. Wind should also be in thunderstorms where there is heavy wind that can do freezing damage so the player will try and seek shelter.

  This is a great idea and could even be incorporated in the new mountains
