Keep bow-less skeleton

In the latest test snapshot, Skeleton spawners spawn skeletons without bows. Of course, this is a bug but perhaps bowless skeletons should be a thing. on occasion, you find a lone skeleton, that's ready to brawl instead of being an annoyance from a distance. This (plus the possibility that skeletons wield swords) would add a lot more interest to the mob.

    yes but they shouldn't drop arrows or a bow and they should drop Bones more rarely
