Wither skeletons modifications

The wither skeleton upon death should scatter it's bone around, then around a few minutes it would reconstructs itself until it's head is eventually dropped. Or you could shoot it's head with a bow to completely break it. Withers should transform to normal skeletons in the overworld, just like piglins. I think wither skeletons should have bows to kill ghasts, since the fortress is literally made to protect from them. I don't remember the names of the wood in the nether but wither skeletons could have a bow made out of the wood of the nearest nether forest as I like to call them.
