Villagers and Fences Fix

Currently, farmers try to walk through fences i've put in my custom villages when they are working in a field and go to leave. the fences have clear and wide openings.

i often surround fields with fences one block higher than the field (so that there is a small ledge that can be stood on but not a full block) in order to prevent mobs falling into the field and turning the block back into dirt. the villagers try to jump onto the small ledge and end up defeating the purpose of putting the fence up.
