make the minecraft launcher use the java acc name instead of the gamertag

Microsoft accounts use the gamertag name instead of the java account name. this can be confusing because if the username you have on minecraft is taken as a gamertag you have to use a random username or something else. the minecraft launcher should use the java names instead of the gamertags.

  I agree, using the gamertag makes everything much easier, and less stressful.

  I agree. I just about sent a support request over this before I realized there was a launcher feedback page. I'm okay with the migration itself, but every gamertag has a set of numbers at the end that are kind of dehumanizing. I've made it twenty years on the internet without pointless numbers at the end of my name and I'm not going to start now. Other platforms grey these numbers out or make them less prominent. Is it possible to change the launcher to display them as such?

  I honestly really dislike randomly generated names,as they can be really bad and you can't do anything about it. It's better when you can choose them, for that reason, I think it should show the Minecraft name, after all, that's the Minecraft Launcher, not Microsoft Laucher.
