Storage and World Management Options

An option to move to move, access, backup and clean files/worlds easier.

For example:

-Being able to play a world on a thumb-drive 

-Backing a world up even when in game with a set timer(like backup the file every 30 minutes)

-Cleaning up any unused data like cache or rarely used data packs or deleting unused chunks in-game

-Keeping game data on a external storage device like an ssd or sd card or changing it from the game
