Dragon egg Hatch and tame tower

A new structure that has a 1 in 1000000% Chance to spawn and requires 20 random items 1 at a time to Hatch and tame a baby ender_dragon. The dragon can grow up and will have to be trained to use its ender_dragon abilities.
