Mob Idea - Tiny Skellies in Pumpkin Patches

There are tiny zombies, so my sister and I were thinking of how much fun tiny skellies would be. Our idea was that they would spawn in pumpkin patches, in groups of 4 or more. Spawn would be triggered either by stepping on a certain block or breaking a certain pumpkin {kind of like an infected block}. They would be half the size of a normal skeleton at most, and carry wooden or stone swords instead of bows. Some would have pumpkins on their heads as low armor that could be broken off. Even if this was something that showed up around Halloween each year, I think it would be a really fun variation of the skeleton!
