upgrade datapacks

we need datapacks to allow making custom potions like levitation potion decay potion using crafting datapacks and also creating custom mob variant with nbt that we can modify using data command and also summon them using nbt
datapacks will be more improved by it

    You mean data driven mobs? AFAIK mojang already intents to add them
