Light Should Not Pass Through Slabs.

Please make light react to slabs. It will create more building options if light does not pass through slabs, and builds will look better/more natural.

    It only does that in Bedrock. In Java the light doesn't pass through it unless it makes sense for it to do that (Why it's different in Bedrock I do not know. They should really fix this).
