Unlucky Black Cat!

Hi Minecraft! I've seen cats around villages and I think its kind of boring is all they can do is be your pet, scare creepers, and give you stuff at night, so I have thought of a thing I want to share. Basically how it would work is, if a black cat is in a chunk around you or something, unlucky stuff will start happening to you. This could be stuff like more mobs spawning a little more, Damage increased by a tiny bit such as evil mob damage, other player's damage, and fall damage. I think this would be a cool little detail as it already spawns around the witch, I think it would be cool because it would add more functions to the cats, and it would make the witches hut more challenging to be around.
