Sub-Gamerules

Imagine you're making a new world, and you don't want any creepers destroying your builds that you would spend hours building, so you turn MobGriefing off. But now, you have to deal with the side-effect of not being able to breed villagers, or trade with piglins. That's why i suggest sub-gamerules. It would be like "/gamerule [gamerule] [subgamerule]. For example, "/gamerule MobGriefing CreeperGriefing false". It could even be added to the create-world menu. I feel that would improve the customisability and flexibility of the game.

    There certainly needs to be more control, I'm using a data pack that allows creeper damage but doesn't destroy the blocks, just drops them. However, I think a few toggle rules to be specific on Mob Griefing and explosions should be added for sure.
