So you'd have to get Porkchop from a pig. Then, using the same button that you would use to place a block, you would place the Porkchop onto the Piglin a few times. That would Un-Zombify it. At that point you would have options of what to do with the Un-Zombified Piglin, such as trading or keeping it as a pet.
