The glitched would be a new mob that could come randomly and has a very very small chance to spawn in near the player. This mob would be able to infect other mobs and make them more powerful and tankier. As a result of this, the mobs will look in a glitched like state and drop a lot more then usual of their loot that they normally drop. Another thing is that when it infects a mob, that mob will turn hostile from any stage before like a hostile cow or a hostile villager. The mobs that have been glitched will not attack each other and will only attack the player. If the player is killed by either the glitched or a glitched mob, after death, a glitched version of themselves will spawn in their place holding the same items they had on death and you would need to beat them to get them back, also your glitched self will not drop more items then you had so no duplication. One reason you would want to take on the glitched or any glitched mob is because they would have a very very very small chance to drop a glitched-looking item that you could upgrade with netherite to make even powerful tools. To increase the chances of it dropping, the more powerful the mob, the greater chance of the glitched item droping. One way to prevent farming this is that if the same mob is killed too many times in a row, it will not drop the item. The glitched mob should not spawn around a lot of player activity to prevent unfair deaths or pets converting to glitched versions of themselves.
