Will-o'-wisps on swamps and soul sand valleys

I've also wondered that this blue flame is actually perfect for Minecraft. This mob can be found in swamp biomes and soul sand valleys. However, they are not hostile but neutral mobs, they are like blazes, blue colored flaming mob that shoot tiny blue fireballs, but doesn't drop any blaze rod. These glowing blue flame should glow like a glow squid to like brighten up swamps.

    They seem so unique that they would need to drop something but a great addition whenever the swamps are being updated, the ambients of glowing spirits seems really interesting.
