When skeletons get struck by lightning, they have the same aura around them as the charged creeper. They shoot, not channel, lightning from their bows. It takes eight hits with fist to kill, and deals 2.5 hearts of damage with the lightning. When they have swords, the sword has lightning swirling around it, and deals 3.5 hearts of damage.
