Biodiversity setting

A Slider / Setting during World Creation that allows the player to change the maximum amount of mobs loaded within the game. This can benefit players on lower-end devices that cannot handle the amount of mobs on normal Minecraft, and allows players with high-end devices to play with more ambient mobs.
