More Wolf Variations: Cavernous Canines and Molten Hounds.

Both mobs suggested are variations of the wolf mob. 

Cavernous Canine: The cavernous canine is a variation of the wolf that can be hard to find. It is tamed with Dripstone and has a 5% chance to replace any mob spawn in Lush Caves and Dripstone Caves. It can frighten cave spiders. It has 2x health and 2x more attack damage than normal wolves.

Molten Hounds: Molten Hounds are variation of wolves that mainly spawn in the nether. They spawn in all nether biomes except Warped Forests. They also have a rare chance to spawn in the over world lava aquifers. They grant infinite fire resistance while in soul sand valleys, nether wastes and basalt deltas. They always have personal fire resistance, scare away zombified and normal piglins, and Ghasts. They have x3 more halth x2 more attack damage but less speed and the same jump height as a normal wolf.
