A Wolf Variation related to frozen biomes: Snowy Mutt

The Snowy Mutt is a variation of a mob already in the game. It is x2 faster than normal wolves, can jump higher, has the same health but half the original attack damage. It has a 20% to spawn every 2 minutes in the following biomes: Frozen Ocean, Legacy Frozen Ocean, Snowy Hills, Snowy Mountains, Snowy Taiga, Snowy Taiga Hills, Snowy Taiga Mountains, Frozen Rivers, Snowy Beaches, Snowy Tundra, Mountain Grove, Lofty Peaks, Snow-capped Peaks, Snowy Slopes and Ice Spikes. They frighten strays and can be tamed with icicles.
