these are npc's which would be rare and could only be found after defeating the ender dragon these would be scammers like villagers and they would be found in between the space of the end and the end city .mostly they would have a 22% chance of spawning for one direction.they would trade things like end stone,end bricks they would have a 0.000001% chance of giving a dragon egg.minecraft could keep it as a easter egg that these end pupils give dragon eggs
