Create your own animated skin/Glowing pixels

You can add frames to a skin and change the speed! As for the glowing pixels one, you should be able to have a glow-in-the-dark type pixel, either applied by manually selecting pixels on a skin or by choosing a specific color to make glowing, or replace the selected color with your own color and pixel that glows! We should be able to save the skin as well, and be able to download it. This will help the skin making community get more ideas and there will be a lot of creativity. Or, this could also work by having a skin's pixel be semitransparent at a certain level, and all pixels with that transparency level would be glowing, and the transparency of the original pixels would be turned to opaque and the rbg levels are kept the same, and it is made glowing.

    Animated skins seems a bit of a stretch, but glowing texture would be cool.

    I think that'd be pretty cool. I have a homelander (from The Boys) Skin that I really like but I always thought it'd be cool if I could make the eyes glow red. The animation would also help because I could make it look like the eyes are flickering or surging or smth. Or make his cape flow.

    i need mojang to do this ima hack them on kali linux if they dont lol but being honest they need to do this
