A new Wolf Variant: Desert Mutt

The Desert Mutt is a variation of the wolf mob that has half the health of the original mob but does x2 damage. It scares away Husks and can be found in the following biomes: Deserts, Badlands, Savanna, Shattered Savanna, Shattered Savanna Plateau, Desert Lakes, Eroded Badlands, Wooded Badlands Plateau, Modified Wooded Badlands Plateau, Badlands Plateau, Savanna Plateau, Modified Badlands Plateau and Desert Hills. Every dog spawn in these biomes has an 80% chance to be a Desert Mutt.
