The Surmiser doesn't spawn in Woodland Mansions, Only pillager exploration camps and Outposts. They also do not spawn in raids. They have a base of 55 health and can be buffed by miners. They wield what looks to be a copper sword, when it is actually a special sword. it has a 5% drop chance and is called "The Surmiser's Sword". They often battle Vindicators and Copper Vindicators to the death, a real distrust forms between them.
