Updated /fill command

Adds an easier, faster way to replace all of one block, here's how i would like to see this command

/fill {at symbol}B grass diamond_ore

This specific command replaces all of the world's grass blocks with diamond ore.

{at symbol}B (I can't type the at symbol or it'll make me type somebody's name) would be referencing all of one block in a world.
