Command to stop all command blocks

When building, I often have the problem that I enter the wrong command and then I am teleported 1000 blocks away.

There should be a command to disable all command blocks. This could e.g. look like this:

/gamerule disableCommandblocks true

/gamerule disableCommandblocks false
