Adding Fiercing enchantment to spear

Adding the Fiercing enchantment for spear it will add the penetration to the armor . Add armor penetration 10% or 15% for each level to the spear

    It makes the combat experience to the player without using elytra .

    This is great and would make spear better now that there isnt attribute swapping. Also add impaling to them too, which gives weakness for 3 seconds every other hit or smthing
