Zombie horsemen

Like when skeletons get struck by lightning and spawn in with their own skeleton horses and armor and weapons the zombies when they get struck by lightning would be equipped with armor weapons and they would be riding zombie horses which as far as my knowledge goes have not been able to be fully implemented into the game as a feature in survival mode yet so this would not only give more of a purpose to the zombie horse and allow them to be in the game more but it would also add a cool challenge if you encounter a group of zombie horseman charging at you and slashing at you with their weapons this would also be a nice little fun encounter as well.
