New end mob

The end has not been updated for a long time and with the updates 
made in the nether and in the overworld with 1.16 and 1.17
it would be nice to have a new mob even in the end, the mob 
i am talking about is a peaceful mob and is a sort of flying fish that once 
killed drops its fin, with it it would be possible to repair the elytra 
(I had thought it as if the elytra had been created from the wings of this fish.
However, this fish not only has the possibility of dropping pieces of its 
fins, in fact if tied with the lasso to other 5/6 flying fish it allows 
the player to glide just like you would with an elytra, 
without the possibility, however, of using the rockets to fly.
