Toggled observer(timed observer)

With various different items in Minecraft having a growth cycle it's always frustrating to have to manually come all the way to your farm just to flip a lever or push a button. I for one have always wanted to have a Redstone component that only sent out a Redstone signal if the block in front of it grew or a block got placed or broken a number of times.

This can be toggled up to 4 times like a repeater and will only send a Redstone signal on the number of times the block in front of it has been changed. This will help with things like bamboo, crops, and amethyst farms making things fully automatic. It will be made like a normal observer but with two Redstone torches at the top on the sides and one Redstone dust at the top middle. thanks for so much support on my nether caves and caverns post and as always.
