Add a new SpawnerOverride tag to Spawn Eggs

Everyone knows you can edit a spawner's mob by right clicking it with a spawn egg.
However, this is a pain for datapack creators who wants to use custom spawn eggs to place down custom things made with datapacks.

So I have a nice and simple solution to that. We should *reads the title again*!

This is more of a technical feature, but it gives datapack creators a new way to set down custom things they've made, without the fear of people placing them inside spawners to spawn an infinite amount of it.

This tag is set to 0b by default,
so it won't affect players in vanilla who wants to edit their spawned mobs in spawner cages.

Please, I know this would be a great feature to add to the game, and it'll unlock so many new possibilities for everyone.

  Or, simply make it so you can't do that in Survival mode.

  I like either of the previous ideas. Another possibility is add it as a gamerule maybe?
