Piglins should have netherite armor

On the page that talks about the Nether update it says the piglins have mined all pure netherite so why don't they have netherite armor?

And that should be rare,

VERY rare.

    Well... they like gold better. That's why you can find all sorts of Netherite in the Bastions, but not worn by Piglins. XD
