Windeologer (Windeox)

In my Idea, Windeologer is a kind of Hostile Mob that summons Tornado/Wind that will levitate players and take a fall damage, it is also belong to a family of Illager but its a new kind family of Wizard Illager? This Mob is especially locate anywhere. The Detail of this Mob is wearing Cloak. Windeologer or Windeox have special abilities not only summon tornado, it is also can fly when players attacked closely. SUMMON: Windeox can summon Tornado about 5 Blocks.
