Teenage villagers

Teenage villagers, where they have a mixed sound effect between adult and baby. Kind of like how wheat has different growth stages, the baby villager will grow into a teenage one halfway to being an adult. The teenage villager will learn a trade of their choice, and will have only a few trades for it, (not very good ones) as they are still learning. This could also unlock a hidden feature, the old villager, who would have more grayish skin and a wrinkled-looking texture. If you bring a teenage villager to master, then when they grow up, again bring them to master, they become an old villager, who will have amazing trades. There would also be an achievement for doing this.
