If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Deepslate Ruined Portals

In minecraft, ruined portal can spawn in mossy version (underwater), leaves version (swamps, jungle), blackstone version (nether) and the normal one, my suggestion is that if the portal spawn on (-y) caves should be with deepslate.
