Bastion style end towers

I am pretty sure a lot of features from the minecraft dungeons end doc will come to minecraft but the ender dragon fight was not really involved so here's an idea on how to improve: the end towers/spikes the end crystals rest on are extremely bland and it would be cool if they were placed inside of a bastion kind of wall circling the entire island and also maybe when you break the crystals phantoms will explode out of them instead of phantoms spawning when you don't sleep
