I think there should be extra safety precautions for your accounts since they're currently so easy to get hacked and stolen; it's so easy to change without much protection.
I think phone numbers should be added for a two-factor authentication when logging into the Mojang or Minecraft websites, and being able to add several emails so each change made on the account gets sent to each of the emails you provide instead of just one email that can also get compromised.
I also think that adding options for the security questions to make your own personalized question would be an amazing idea so people can make their own more secured questions, such as something like, "Who gave you your current nickname?" Or, "What was your yearbook quote in 11th grade?" Just to make it way harder for others to guess. Also, having a 2FA through text to change security questions as well.
Another suggestion would probably be about the transaction ID's when you purchase an account. I would suggest that in the email sent, it should say to save the transaction ID somewhere for future use in case the account gets compromised. Or, I feel it should be sent separately including all your new information for the account, like username, password, email, transaction ID. Basically, everything someone would need to verify themselves if they need to open a support help ticket in the future, and a message in large, bold letters telling them to SAVE the information somewhere.
