In a past update after the combat update (I think 1.11) hunger was updated on java so that it goes down slower. To test if this was implemented, I did a test a few weeks ago. On both versions, I went into a flat world, I killed myself so I have the same saturation, and I sprint jumped until I had only 6 hunger points and couldn’t sprint anymore. I don’t remember exact numbers, but it took only about a minute on bedrock, but about 2-3 minutes on java, which is more than twice that. This really makes playing on bedrock difficult as I have to stop to eat every minute, so I would like if the bedrock hunger mechanics were changed to match Java’s.
