Parity means making features behave consistently across different Minecraft editions, most commonly between Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Use this category to discuss released features that exist in both versions of the game but work differently. Please note that bugs are not parity issues and should be reported separately.

I think you should have to wait about two minutes on both versions because it seems a bit excessive that they can breed so much but it takes like twenty minutes for the baby's to grow up. It would make the game slightly more realistic and it would be a lot less confusing trying to get the right information. For an example I play on bedrock and I searched it on Google and it said you have to wait 5 minutes, but it was letting me do it a lot faster, so I had to specifically search how long to wait on bedrock which seems strange for a simple mechanic like breeding to be extremely different depending on what version you are playing.
