Bedrock parity: wood should be able to be insta mined with haste 2

On bedrock edition, if you have an efficiency 5 diamond axe and a haste 2 beacon, you can mine wood blocks in 1 tick, so they can be insta mined, the same way stone can. On java, however, it can’t be insta mined.
