Legendary Merchants

The first merchant would be in the same room as the piglin merchant and would also trade in gold. This merchant would only sell unique items at the highest power level available to other merchants. These items would have a very high gold cost.

The second merchant would be an enhanced blacksmith. They would also trade in gold. This merchant would upgrade an item to the highest power level available to other merchants. This merchant's upgrade cost should be similar to buying an item from the piglin. The upgrade time should also be instant.

The final merchant would allow players to choose what enchantments are on their equipment. Players would be able to pick from any enchantment in the game. This merchant should trade in emeralds. The emerald cost should be high.
