New unique weapon: hunting anchor

The hunting anchor would be a unique version of the anchor, and would have the rampaging enchantment on it. Buffs: - x melee damage  - slow but powerful  - pulls in enemies (gravity)  -chance to increase attack speed (rampaging)

description: “The hunting anchor was forged by a sailing blacksmith, designed to be much faster than its unhurried counterpart.”

Design: black anchor with orange handle
