New Addition to the f3 debug screen - a clock showing the time in digital

This addition to the f3 debug screen would add a clock that shows the time in a digital format of either 24 hour or 12 hour time (these two time formats can be personalised by the player) and would update every game tick. This would be a fun little addition and it should definitley be added. :D
